Apartamento Arroyo is only available as an add-on to Villa Principal, bringing the total to 8 double beds. It is located on the pool level below the main villa. The main bedroom is a large ensuite overlooking the pool. The other is a tastefully decorated studio with lovely garden views and its own sizeable bathroom.
The Apartamento has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and all rooms feature the trickling sounds of the arroyo flowing just a few meters away.
It has a separate entrance yet can also be accessed from inside the main villa. Perfect for guests that would like their own space, but still be connected to the Main Villa.

The main villa is by far the largest and most impressive structure on the property. Upon entering through the antique front door many visitors are awe-struck by the high vaulted ceilings with centuries-old wood beams. The main living areas are connected by an airy, multi-level floor plan and surrounded by outdoor terraces.

Adding Casa de Jardín to the Villa and Apartamento is not only the best value option on a per-room basis, it also adds an entirely separate living space. The casa is a cozy detached house with its own entrance and parking, yet is only 30 meters from the main villa. It is the ideal add-on for guests that would like a little more privacy.
