Designed in harmony with nature, the villa sits on 3 acres of fully fenced land, boasts 360-degree views and has variety of native vegetation.
Villa Principal

The main villa is by far the largest and most impressive structure on the property. Upon entering through the antique front door many visitors are awe-struck by the high vaulted ceilings with centuries-old wood beams. The main living areas are connected by an airy, multi-level floor plan and surrounded by outdoor terraces.
Villa & Apartamento

Apartmento Arroyo is only available as an add-on to Villa Principal. It is located on the pool level below the main villa. It features garden views and the trickling sounds of the arroyo flowing just a few meters away. It has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, and it can be accessed from inside the main villa, or through a separate entrance.
Entire Estate

Adding Casa de Jardín to the Villa and Apartamento is not only the best value option on a per-room basis, it also adds an entirely separate living space. The casa is a cozy detached house with its own entrance and parking, yet is only 30 meters from the main villa. It is the ideal add-on for guests that would like a little more privacy.
